Services

From AI strategy to AI in production

Eight service areas, laid out as a path in four steps: understand, learn, build, get found. You do not need all eight, and you rarely need them in one go — but the order is rarely accidental.

Four steps

  • Understand — AI strategy and AI advisory
  • Learn — AI training
  • Build — AI integration, AI automation and AI development
  • Get found — AI website and Visibility in AI and search

Where to start

Which door you come in by depends on what is missing. If you have no plan, Understand is where you begin. A strategy engagement is time-boxed and ends in a roadmap you can act on. Advisory gives you someone to ask along the way, without committing to anything large. If it is the skills you lack rather than the plan, you start with Learn — a course for your own staff, on the tasks you actually do.

If you already know what needs building, go straight to Build. If AI has to go into the systems you already run, that is integration. If a task that keeps repeating should run by itself, that is automation. If something has to be made that does not exist yet, that is development. Get found sits slightly apart. An AI website is connected to the systems you have and to the visibility measurement, so it keeps working after launch. The visibility work can begin at any point, and it is rarely finished — the models and the search results keep shifting, so the measurement has to keep going.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to buy all eight?

No. Few companies need all eight. The areas belong together, but they are agreed separately, and you pick the one that fits where you stand now.

Where do most companies start?

It depends on what is missing. If the plan is unclear, strategy is a natural place to begin. If nobody on your staff knows the tools yet, training is. If you already know what has to be made, you go straight to building.

Do you work with businesses outside Nordland?

Yes. Strategy, advisory, automation, development and visibility all work fine remotely. We prefer to hold training in person, and then we arrange the travel in advance.

Not sure which area you need?

Write a few lines about what is cumbersome at your end, and we will say which of the eight fits — or whether none of them does.
