Visibility in AI and search

We measure how often you are mentioned in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity, work out why you are not, and do something about it. Google visibility comes with it. The actions are concrete, and we follow them up week by week.

What you get

  • Measurement across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity
  • Google visibility too — the searches you ought to rank for
  • Concrete actions, followed up week by week

What we measure, and how

We put together a fixed set of questions — the ones a customer would really ask to find a company like yours — and run them against ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. For a company in Nordland many of those questions turn on place: the person asking wants someone nearby, and the model has to know you are there. The answers are kept, so you see the trend over time rather than a single snapshot. Alongside that we track which Google searches you turn up on, and which ones you ought to.

Then we look at what the answers are built from. A language model rarely draws on your own website alone. It picks up industry overviews, directories, reviews and pages other people have written about you. If you are missing from those sources, it does not help much however good your website looks. So the measurement also shows where you go unmentioned, and what it would take to get in.

How we work

  • Weekly measurement of your visibility for a range of questions and search terms in the AI tools and in Google search. You can follow the trend week by week.
  • Every week we propose actions meant to raise your visibility. We do what we can, and you get a clear order for what you have to do yourselves.
  • For customers with an AI-integrated website from Kallia, the two are connected, so that the smaller changes that raise visibility are made automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Why are we not mentioned in ChatGPT today?

Usually because the model cannot find enough about you beyond your own website. The answer is built from sources many people have written: industry overviews, directories, reviews, articles. If you appear only on your own pages, the model has little to go on. That is a common reason, and it is one you can act on.

How long before anything moves?

Expect three to six months. The sources the models read are not refreshed overnight, and new pages need time to be picked up. The measurement shows movement sooner than that, but a change that holds takes time.

Is this the same as ordinary SEO?

No, but the two are related. SEO is about ranking on a results page. This is about being named in an answer a model has already written. Much of the work overlaps — clear pages, mentions elsewhere, tidy business data — but the measuring and the actions are not the same. We track Google visibility in the same report.
