AI advisory for businesses

The AI field moves at a furious pace, and last week's answer may be out of date today. We offer ongoing sparring on everything your company wonders about AI. We help with tool choices, licences and vendor assessment, speak up about the rules that apply, and are just as clear about what AI should not be used for.

What we help you with

  • Tool choices based on your needs, licences and vendor assessment
  • Regulation and privacy, explained in plain words
  • An honest answer on what AI should not be used for

What you can ask about

The questions rarely turn up at a planned moment. A vendor sends a quote. Someone on the staff has started pasting customer data into a chat tool. The licence you already pay for turns out to cover something other than you thought. Those are the questions we are there for.

We go through which tools you hold licences for, and what they actually cover. We read vendor quotes and tell you what they say. And we explain the rules in plain words: where the data ends up, what may be shared, and what may not.

Frequently asked questions

How is the advisory set up?

You get one fixed contact to write or call, and we agree the scope before we start.

Can you assess a vendor we are already talking to?

Yes. Send us the quote, and we will read it and tell you what we see. We hold no reseller agreements with vendors, so the assessment stands on its own.

Will you say so if AI is not the answer?

Yes. Often the answer is a better form, a tidier folder structure or a small change to the routine. We say so, rather than building something you do not need.

Is there an AI question sitting unanswered?

Write a few lines about the situation, and we will tell you what we would do — and whether you need us beyond that.
