Build

AI integrated into your business

Many companies run several specialist systems to get the job done. That leads to double work when the same data has to be entered in more than one place, and to processes stalling when the right data does not reach the right place at the right time. If your systems are built for integration (an API, or export and import options), this can happen by itself. We connect AI to the systems you already use and give it access to the data and the context, so it knows the business without anyone having to explain it again every time. One source of truth, and an end to double entry.

What you get

  • AI with access to the right data and context
  • One source of truth — an end to double entry

Why context decides

An AI without access to your data can only answer in general terms. It does not know the customer's name, what the last invoice says, or which agreement applies. So someone has to explain the context again every time, and the time you meant to save goes into the explaining.

With access to the right data the answer becomes specific. The question "what does this customer owe us" gets an answer taken from the accounts, not advice on where to look. Access is set up narrowly: the solution sees what it needs for the task, and no more.

Systems we connect to

There is no fixed list. What decides whether an integrated AI solution can be built against a system is whether the data can be reached through an integration. For most companies the greatest benefit lies in connecting to the specialist systems, the accounting system and the system that handles customer enquiries.

Frequently asked questions

What kind of systems can you connect to?

Most systems with an open API that makes it possible to communicate.

Do we have to replace what we have?

No. The point is the opposite. The AI sits on top of the systems you already use, so you are spared yet another place to enter the same numbers.
