AI strategy for businesses

If your staff use AI as each of them sees fit, it is worth defining the company's AI strategy. Together we work out a strategy that says where in the business AI creates value, what it costs, and in which order you should do it. Not a presentation — a plan you can act on straight away.

What you get

  • A survey of where AI actually creates value for you
  • Cost and sequence, not just the possibilities
  • A roadmap you can act on, not a presentation

What a strategy engagement is

We go through your working day as it actually is: which tasks take time, which data exists, and where it sits. Then we point out where AI creates value, and where it does not.

The result is a document you own. It names the tasks, the systems they sit in, and what has to be in place before anything can be built. It says what should be done first, what can wait, and what you do not need to touch at all.

It also gives every employee a strategy and routines to lean on around AI, so that knowledge is shared instead of each person inventing their own approach that nobody else knows about.

How we go about it

We start by surveying how you use AI today, and what skills exist in the organisation. That is where the detail sits.

Together we work out a shared AI strategy for the company, which includes:

  1. A strategy that tells staff how to relate to AI, and how to use it.
  2. A roadmap that shows the way to get even more value out of AI going forward.

Some things give value quickly and cost little. Others require you to tidy up data structures or other circumstances first.
